    We invite you and your family to come and enjoy a northern Minnesota Resort with us. At our resort, you can relax on our long, sandy beach. Whether you just want a place to sit and quietly read a book, or the restless kids (and the kid in you) need somewhere to splash around, Sunny Point Resort may be the place for you. On a clear day, the beach you see on the right is exposed to the sun from sunrise to sunset. Water toys provided free to our guests include:

        Also, we offer, at Sunny Point, a no frills accommodation for your budget minded vacation. Just what does this mean? We scoured resorts in northern Minnesota to come up with an average price on 2 and 3 bedroom cabins. We then set our prices at 20% less than this average. Does this mean that our cabins are not as good as the average? Absolutely not! What it does mean though, is that for 20% less, we cut some of the extras. We do not offer supervised  resort activities. Families staying at Sunny Point plan out their entire stay. Also, we do not have a lodge or game room.
