        We take pride in our immaculately clean cabins and grounds. We truly want our cabins to be "your cabin up North". To make you feel at home, each cabin comes equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, oven, grill, all bed linens, and a picnic table. Unit 6, 10, & 11 even come with a dishwasher. Guest will need to bring their own towels, dish towels, and soap. Our  large, sandy beach comes fully equipped with all the beach toys needed to keep those active kids busy.  Included are: 2 paddle boats, 2 fun bugs, 2 kayaks, and a canoe. Also available to our guests for an extra charge (click rates tab for prices) a pontoon and 14 ft boat with or without an 8HP motor. Gas is available on site for sale. Sorry, but we do not sell bait at the resort. Local bait shops do a much better job in the bait and tackle department.                                                                                                                                                      So, what if we like our cabin so much that we do not want to leave; or, you decided that now was the time to purchase a cabin by the lake that you always wanted.  Here at Sunny Point, you can actually purchase the cabin you just rented, and be able to use the entire rental charge as part of the down payment.
