The Cabins at Sunny Point Resort

Our Cabins come in two styles, as described below
 

Units 6, 10, & 11 were built in 2005, 1999, and 2003 respectively. They each offer an excellent view of the lake. Enter through the lake side patio door and you will be greeted with the "up north" cabin experience you have been looking for. All of the walls are made of native, knotty red pine. The hardwood floors are made of ashwood. Many hours of work went into crafting the interior of these three cabins, with each board carefully measured, cut, and put into place.

There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo in each of these cabins. To keep warm on those cool nights, units 6, 10, & 11 all have a gas fireplace and electric baseboard heaters. Dishwashers are included in these cabins, affording  less time housekeeping and more time relaxing. Each cabin has a lakefront deck attached. Other amenities include:

•   Toaster                                       •   Stove and Refrigerator

•   Pots and Pans                             •   All Bed Linens

•   Microwave Oven

Guest will need to bring their own towels, dish towels, and toiletries.

Units 7 & 9  Each have three bedrooms, 3/4 bath, and sleeps up to 8 people.

Units 7 & 9 are lakefront cabins with great views of the lake. Inside is a large kitchen/ living room area. The walls are made of knotty pine and the floors are either carpeted or covered with linoleum. Each of the three bedrooms in these cabin contain a double bed. The sofa folds out into a full sleeper. Together, with the beds, these cabins will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. The 3/4 bathroom contains a sink, toilet, and shower stall. Other amenities include:

So, what happened to units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 8? Well, the answer is: Units 1, 2, 3, 5, & 8 have been sold. Unit 4 has not been built yet. This lot has a two story cabin on it that is currently being used as a storage building. The lot of unit 4 is being offered for sale, as is, for only $45,000.
