Sunny Point Resort and Estates contains 8+ acres of land with 565 ft of lake shore. There are a maximum of 11 units in this development.  The location of each unit is located on the above plat map. Each unit is surveyed  off, with pins in the ground. As a result, each unit is a separate lot with a certificate of title issued to the owner. All of the land in green is owned by Sunny Point Estates, a corporation owned by the unit owners. Each unit owner has 1/11th ownership of Sunny Point Estates. The units currently being offered for sale on this web site are units 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, & 11. The units available for rent are units 6, 7, 9, 10, & 11.
