1) First of all, you have all of the amenities offered on the previous page. Click here to review.

2) You own the cabin outright. It's yours- that simple. At closing, you receive a certificate of title to the unit making it yours to use, pass on to family, or sell to someone else.
3) You also become part owner of the common grounds of Sunny Point Estates. This includes:
              a) 8 acres of lakefront property- all the land between the cabins.
              b) 565' of lakefront
              c) All docks, water toys, laundry, and fish house are part of the common grounds.
4) You enjoy hassle-free quality time at the lake. Although owners maintain their own cabin, the common ground maintenance is hired out. This includes:
            a) Cleaning of the beach, swimming areas, and fish house.
            b) Garbage pickup
            c) Mowing
            d) Leaf removal
            e) Snow plowing of driveways and parking lots.
            f) Seasonal installation and removal of docks.
In summary, everything that pertains to the common ground is done for you. Of course, nothing is free. Like any condo association, there is a monthly fee ( currently $75.00/month) accessed.
