Purchase a Cabin

If you rent a cabin for three days or longer and you decide that you want to purchase the cabin, we will  apply the entire rental cost paid for your cabin to the down payment. Closing must occur by September 15, 2012.

 

Selling Prices for cabins

Unit 6  - $189,000        This is a newer cabin , built in 2005
Unit 7  - $129,000         An older cabin, remodeled in late 1980s
Unit 9  - $129,000         An older cabin, remodeled in late 1980s
Unit 10 -$189,000        A newer cabin, built in 1999
Unit 11 -$189,000        A newer cabin, built in 2003

 

Unit 4 Special

The price for unit 4 is $45,000  
Although unit 4 has an older 2 story cabin (currently used for storage), it is being offered for sale as is. This lot is allowed, in the county's approval of the development, for a newly constructed cabin up to 26' x 32' in size. "As is" means purchaser pays all costs for construction, which includes but is not limited to: demolition of old cabin, additional septic upgrades, and utility hook-ups.

2) You own the cabin outright. It's yours- that simple. At closing, you receive a certificate of title to the unit making it yours to use, pass on to family, or sell to someone else.

In summary, everything that pertains to the common ground is done for you. Of course, nothing is free. Like any condo association, there is a monthly fee ( currently $80.00/month) accessed.
