At Sunny Point, our cabin rates includes all persons up to the maximum occupancy. We do not allow cabin occupancy beyond a cabin's maximum occupancy. If you have additional persons, you may either rent an additional cabin or bring a tent and pay our tent charge.

Tent Charge

Daily:  $30.00       Weekly:  $160.00    Rate based on up to 4 persons per tent
Since we do not have separate toilet facilities for tenters, tent camping is only allowed if at least one cabin is rented.
Additional charge per person over 4 persons in a tent:  $2.50/person.

Additional Items Available

14ft Aluminum Boat:  $15.00/day  $60.00/week.
8HP Motor:  $25/day or $124/Week plus gas
20ft Pontoon:  $120.00/day, $75.00/3 Hours, or $30.00/Hour plus gas
Gas available on site

A 6.875% MN Sales Tax will be added to all rental charges.

No Pets Allowed in rented cabins. No Exceptions! Owners of Sunny Point Estates, with their own cabins, are allowed to bring pets.

A $300.00 deposit is required on all reservations
